Reservation terms

The reservation will be made effective :
• with the management's approval,
• with the date and your signature at the bottom of the contract,
• with an advanced payment of 30% for rentals, or 183 € for camping places, which will be deducted from the total bill,
plus a 30 € non-refundable handling fee for both rentals and camping places.

The written confirmation given by the campsite must be presented upon your arrival, when the rest of your bill and taxes will be payable. The cost of your stay is calculated according to the booking dates and people stated on your contract.
No refunds for early departures or late arrivals unless written notification is received at least 15 days in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the campsite if the number of people exceeds the number written on the contract, or if the names of the people do not correspond.
All reservations are strictly personal and nontranferable without agreement by the management.

FOR RENTALS :
Tents are not authorised next to the rented accommodation.
The number of people must not exceed the capacity of the rented accommodation.
Check-in time is between 4 P.M. and 8 P.M. We must receive a written notification of any late arrival ; without any notification the rented accommodation may be given to another client the next day at 16 P.M. Your advanced payment will not be refunded. An appointment for the final check-out must be made 48 hours before departure. The check-out must take place before 11 A.M.
Dogs are not authorised in our rentals.
A deposit of 300 € must be made upon arrival, and if no damage is made to the rented accommodation, it will be returned within five days after departure.
Rented accommodation must be left perfectly cleen, otherwise a cleaning fee of 46 € will be charged.
The cleaning service may be paid for upon arrival.
The specific number of the rented accommodation cannot be reserved.

FOR CAMPING PITCHES :
Camping pitches are available starting at 12 P.M. On the day of departure, pitches must be cleared before 12 P.M.
We must receive a WRITTEN NOTIFICATION of any late arrival ; without any notification the camping pitch may be given to another client the next day at 12 P.M. Your advanced payment will not be refunded.
If you wish to extend your stay, and if there are available pitches, you must notify the management three days in advance.
No specific number of camping pitch can be reserved.

REFUNDS / LIABILITIES :
The 30 € reservation fee is nonrefundable. Only in the event of hospitalisation or death of a close family member (e.g. mother, father, child), with presentation of certificate can a refund be made.
No refund will be made based on professional or personal problems.
All campers are responsible for taking insurance to cover cancellation, personal goods (tent, caravan, vehicle) and personal liabilities. The campsite does not accept responsability concerning theft, loss or damage due to inclement weather, fire or accidents occurring within the campsite. Your personal liability insurance should provide coverage if any aforementioned incident should occur.
For the safety of campers, it is mandatory to wear an identity bracelet in the swimming pools and on the campsite at all times.
Any person unable to justify their approved stay on the campsite by wearing the bracelet will result in immediate expulsion from the campsite.

FOR HYGIENE REASONS, BAGGY SWIMMING SHORTS AND BOXERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING POOL AREA.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
All campers are asked to respect the rules and regulations concerning the campsite and swimming pools, given upon arrival and displayed on the campsite.
